You are just weeks away from having an all-new, custom developed website. There's some things you should consider:

• What kind of websites do you like and feel would fit your image?
• Who is your website's audience (newcomers, visitors, other businesses, potential customers)?
• What kind of custom applications would you like to have (things like interactive maps, photo galleries, secure sections, calendars and more)

Our preference is to tailor the project's scope to your needs up front. We can decide what the total price will be and then work out the terms. We use a standard web development contract that will help protect both parties during development. If a per-project price doesn't work for your group, we can also give you a per-hour prate, plus estimates of how many hours your particular project will take.

During development, you will be given a document that describes what the end project will be, plus give you opportunities to check in on the progress. The initial phase, "look & feel", will allow you a specified period of time to review the design concept, accept it all or reject various parts. Then, you will be able to see how things are going by logging into your "under development" site. At the end, you'll review the site for a specified period of time and if it meets your approval then the project will be concluded and you'll have a site that you can update and maintain yourself with no knowledge of HTML or other web programming methods necessary.
